HWA ARCHITECTS IS A FULL-SERVICE ARCHITECTURE, PLANNING AND INTERIOR DESIGN FIRM was established in 1977, in Sacramento, California, by Robert Forrar (retired) and Hilton Williams. The professional services include master planning, entitlements, programming and space planning, building design, interior design, construction documents, assistance with permitting and bidding, and construction administration. Emphasizing professional, administrative, institutional, healthcare, automotive, industrial and recreational facilities, HWA is recognized by both public and private clientele.

Consistency throughout planning, design and construction is assured by the personal attention of an experienced project manager. HWA approaches each assignment by assembling the most appropriate team who works together to define and thoroughly address the project’s requirements.

HWA utilizes state-of-the-art technology. Each staff member is equipped with a Windows based workstation, photo-realistic output devices, and a secure interactive network. We are currently utilizing the latest version of Autodesk Design Premium and Bluebeam for design and production work.
